Bronze Emphasis: Inspection & Adjustment

We require all candidates start with a Bronze course regardless of previous experience, if they wish to progress to Silver. We regularly have (very good!) professional bike mechanics on Bronze courses who still take away considerable new content.

Outcomes

• Workshop Health + Safety
• Inspect and adjust most common parts (incl. headsets, seatposts, saddles, hubs, pedals and gears)
• Tubes & tyres – removal and puncture repair (incl. tubeless tyres)
• Detailed lubricant briefing and application
